Terms of Service

1. The Service

Notion Sheets is a no-code tool that connects your Notion workspace to Google Sheets and synchronizes data between them based on the configurations you create. The Service is provided on a subscription and free-tier basis as described on our pricing page.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and connect only Notion and Google accounts you are authorized to use.

3. Subscriptions, billing & payments

Our order process and payments are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates), who act as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle provides customer service for billing questions and handles the calculation and remittance of applicable sales taxes. Your purchase is additionally subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Prices are shown on our pricing page in USD; applicable taxes are added at checkout by Paddle.
• You authorize Paddle to charge your payment method for each renewal at the then-current rate.
• Plan limits (such as the number of synced databases and sync frequency) apply according to the plan you select.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing page, which opens the Paddle-hosted management portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or infringe anyone's rights;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted;
• Sync content that is unlawful, malicious, or that you do not have the right to process.

6. Third-party services & your data

The Service integrates with Notion and Google Sheets via OAuth. You grant us permission to access the specific databases and spreadsheets needed to run the syncs you configure. We act on your instructions and do not claim ownership of your content. Your use of Notion and Google is also subject to their respective terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

7. Intellectual property & trademarks

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that syncs will be free of delay. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [YOUR LEGAL ENTITY / BUSINESS NAME] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
