Free plan

Notion Sheets offers a free plan so you can try the core sync experience at no cost and with no time limit. You can use the free plan without entering payment details.

Subscriptions & renewals

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically.
• You are charged at the start of each billing period at the then-current price.
• We will email you a receipt (via Paddle) for each payment.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page in your account, which opens the Paddle-hosted management portal. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew and you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. No further charges are made after cancellation.

Money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Renewal payments (after the first period) are generally non-refundable, though we review requests in good faith — for example, accidental renewals or a service issue on our side.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@notionsheets.com with your account email and the charge in question, or contact Paddle directly via the receipt you received. As Merchant of Record, Paddle processes approved refunds back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry the charge over a short grace period. If payment cannot be collected, your account may be downgraded to the free plan and paid features paused until billing is restored.

Price changes

We may change plan prices over time. Any change applies to future billing periods, and we will notify you in advance. Continuing your subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
