Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how [YOUR LEGAL ENTITY / BUSINESS NAME] ("we") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Notion Sheets (the "Service"). We are committed to processing your data responsibly and only as needed to run the syncs you configure.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and authentication details.
- Integration tokens: OAuth access and refresh tokens for the Notion and Google accounts you connect. These are encrypted at rest.
- Synced content: the data within the specific Notion databases and Google Sheets you choose to sync, processed transiently to perform the sync.
- Usage data: logs of sync activity, configurations, and basic technical information needed to operate and troubleshoot the Service.
- Payment information: handled entirely by our payment provider Paddle. We do not store your card details.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and operate the sync Service you configure;
- To authenticate you and secure your account;
- To process subscriptions and billing (via Paddle);
- To communicate service updates, onboarding, and support;
- To monitor, maintain, and improve the reliability and security of the Service.
3. Notion & Google access
When you connect Notion and Google, you grant the Service access via OAuth to the resources required to run your syncs (the databases and spreadsheets you select). We access this data only to perform the synchronization you request and do not use it for advertising or sell it. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration in the Service or in your Notion/Google account settings.
4. How we share information
We share data only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:
- Paddle — payment processing and tax compliance as Merchant of Record;
- Notion and Google — to read and write the data you sync, per your configuration;
- Hosting & infrastructure providers — to store account data and run the Service;
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data and configurations for as long as your account is active. Synced content is processed transiently and we retain only the state needed to detect changes between syncs. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data and integration tokens within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
6. Security
We protect your data using industry-standard measures, including encryption of integration tokens at rest and OAuth-based authentication (we never store your Notion or Google passwords). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@notionsheets.com.
8. Cookies
We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes & contact
We may update this Policy from time to time and will note the date above. For privacy questions, contact privacy@notionsheets.com or [YOUR LEGAL ENTITY / BUSINESS NAME], [YOUR BUSINESS ADDRESS].
